The primary objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be to raise funds to repair/restore unusable tennis courts and support community tennis
programs on public courts. The corporation shall act as the coordinating body between existing tennis associations such as the United States
Tennis Association (USTA), United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA), United States Professional Tennis Registry (USPTR),
Southern California Tennis Association (SCTA), San Diego District Tennis Association (SDDTA), Youth Tennis San Diego (YTSD)
and tennis vendors for the purpose of preserving and growing the sport of tennis.
