MINUTES OF SDDTA GENERAL ANNUAL MEETING JANUARY 14, 2011Next meeting is a General Meeting on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 7:00pm, BTC Clubhouse

 

I.                   CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:40 pm by President Geoff Griffin. Members present were: Robert Bacon, Mike Bauer, Fred Circo, Don Daniels, Geoff Griffin, Mary Lou Harris, Fran Hunter, Carol Jory, Steve Kappes, Sandie Kindred, Becky Kuba, Jim Lackritz, Angel Lopez, Fran McCloskey, Tony Perez, Anne Podney, Suella Steel, and Lesley Waite, Roylee York.

 

II.                MINUTES: It was MSP to accept the minutes of December 14, 2010.

 

III.             PRESIDENTS REPORT: Geoff reported that a quorum of organizational member ballot votes were submitted for approval of board members whose three year terms were due for renewal. Geoff discussed a committee meeting of the Best Tennis Town held on Jan. 13 and the progress they are making.

 

IV.             TREASURER’S REPORT: Steve Kappes reported the organization was on budget for 2010 and strong financially. The Finance/Budget committee is scheduled to meet on Jan. 25, 2011 to review and discuss investment options and create the 2011 budget. It was MSP to accept the Treasurer’s report.

 

V.                COMMITTEE REPORTS: None.

 

VI.             OLD BUSINESS: None.

 

VII.          NEW BUSINESS: None.

 

VIII.    ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 5:50pm.
