Include the purpose of the event,
estimated number of participants, the names of the
personnel involved in promoting the event and any specific
activities that will occur
during the event.

2. Provide the following information, if applicable: Non-profit status of applicant,
financial need of applicant,
availability of funds from other sources or matching funds,

3. Please attach a budget describing the use of the funds requested.
Attach all bids, estimates or quotes from
products
and/or service providers concerning products or services that will be used with
funds requested
under this Grant Request.
Grants will be disbursed in a timely manner and all applications must be
received by the Grant Committee
of the SDDTA at least 10 days prior to the next meeting of
the Committee in order to be considered at
