LIST OF RULES

Entry Deadline: All fees must be received by SDDTA by 5:00 p.m. , Friday, August 11, 2006. Online entries are available with a credit card and current USTA membership card at www.sandiegotennis.com 

Limit of Play: Entries limited to 1 singles plus 2 doubles events.. A round robin format may be played if there are three entries. All divisions will be played with 2 entrants or more.

Entry Procedure: Please fill out entry form, including name(s) of doubles partner(s).

Wheelchair entrants will be accepted in regular events.

USTA Membership: All players must show proof of current USTA membership at check-in time or purchase one at the desk.

Match Times: Players who do not receive written notice of first match starting times should consult the official draw-sheets, which will be posted at Morley Field or the website at www.sandiegotennis.com .

Schedule of Play: All matches will be played at Morley Field. Play will begin at 8 a.m. each day of the tournament, except on Friday, when matches may begin in the afternoon. Some matches will be played under the lights. 

In the event of inclement weather, no ad scoring may be implemented to complete matches within the published schedule.

Penn balls will be used. USTA rules apply.

AWARDS: Prize money will be awarded to winners in all open and age events. In the NTRP Class and family events, awards will be given to all finalists.
